Childhood trauma isn't just about the bad things that happened to us. It's also about the good things that didn't happen to us.
The love that we didn't feel,
the safety that we didn't have,
and the support and fun that we missed out on.

Working With Me
As a childhood trauma coach, I specialize in providing support, guidance, and practices for recovery to individuals who have experienced trauma during their childhood and/or adolescence.

I assist my clients in navigating the complexities of their experiences and emotions, including the harmful beliefs and behaviors stemming from their traumatic events in order to heal, reclaim what has been taken, and rebuild to their true, authentic selves.

My mission is to provide my clients with a toolbox of knowledge and skills they can carry and use throughout their lives. Truth leads to knowledge and knowledge is power. We can wield that knowledge, based on truth, to achieve our desires. This is empowerment. My mission is to coach you through your past trauma to realize and exercise empowerment in action based on new beliefs to live the life you desire and deserve; to live with peace, confidence, and worthiness.

If you're ready to take control of your life and create real, lasting change, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. My coaching approach is designed to empower you with the right tools, structure, and knowledge to move forward with confidence.

Toolbox of Strategies
I bring a diverse set of strategies, techniques, and insights to our sessions, tailored to your unique goals. Whether it's mindset shifts, productivity techniques, goal-setting frameworks, or proven personal development methodologies, you'll gain a powerful toolkit to help you overcome obstacles and create meaningful progress.

Weekly Virtual Meetings
Consistency is key to transformation. We'll meet virtually each week, providing you with a dedicated space to reflect, strategize, and stay accountable. No matter where you are in the world, you'll have direct access to support, guidance, and motivation to keep moving forward.

Action Plan Oriented
Each session is designed to be productive and results driven. We'll identify specific actions to take between sessions, ensuring that you're not just talking about change - you're making it happen. Every meeting ends with a clear, actionable plan so you always know your next steps.

Educational
Knowledge is a powerful catalyst for growth. Alongside coaching, I incorporate educational components to expand your understanding of key personal development concepts. Whether it's mastering emotional intelligence, improving communication skills, or developing habits for success, you'll gain valuable insights that equip you for long-term achievement.
